THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• HOMEBASE: The „homebase“ is the core of your professional training as a Marketing Trainee – market, analysis, campaigns, stakeholders, subsidiaries, marketing, benchmarks, budgets – these are just some of the topics you will be confronted with at your homebase
• MARKETING NETWORK: During the second phase at our headquarters, you will get in touch with various collaboration partners – Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Marketing Services, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, KTM Motohall
• INTERNATIONAL: During a stay abroad at one of our subsidiaries you will get valuable insights into our international structures
• DEALER NETWORK: You will gain relevant experience of our B2C business during your stay at one of our dealers
• FLEXBLOCK: The FLEXBLOCK model gives you the opportunity to customize the trainee program to meet your individual needs – a second stay abroad during the trainee program? Together with your supervisor you will define the next steps for your professional development.

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Economics preferably with focus on Marketing, media or communication sciences
• first relevant work experience in within the marketing area beneficial
• creative and strong implementation personality
• very good communication skills, proactive work attitude and hands-on-mentality
• very good written and spoken English skills, additional language skills advantageous
• high interest in Powered Two Wheelers
• intercultural competencies and willingness for a stay abroad for several month
